When possible, we save crating and packing materials and instead use air-ride moving vans with reusable blanket-wrap and strapping. 

Our newly introduced matching sets of induction warming/cooking tables and stations are yet another way we help – by eliminating linens - thereby saving energy and water.  Gourmet Flexi Table Toppers are another great way we help you save on linens.

Lighting for Gourmet Flexi portable bars, back bars, and podiums is L.E.D., which use 40% less energy than fluorescent lights.

Lead times
Typical lead-time is 4-6 weeks. For custom products, please allow 8-10 weeks, once final design is approved, and purchase order is received.

For quick ship items, please allow 2 weeks for delivery.

Materials and Colors
Gourmet Flexi equipment is easy to customize. Let us know the function and look, and we’ll provide ideas and samples to match or complement meeting rooms, ballrooms, restaurants and common areas.

A wide selection of durable laminates and quartz stone is available for counter tops. A wide selection of custom powder finishes and colors is also available. Up-charges for special finishes, textures and materials may apply.

Protective Covers
Custom-made, heavy-duty lined fabric covers are available.

Delivery and Installation

  • Delivery via common-carrier freight truck.
  • Delivery via air-ride moving truck.
  • Lift gate service available.
  • Required crating for most large items protects equipment. Extra charges apply.
  • Installation - All Gourmet Flexi equipment is shipped ready to use. Equipment with lighting is delivered installed, ready to use.

Merchandise we ship is carefully packed or pre-packed in compliance with carrier requirements.  The carrier assumes responsibility for safe delivery upon acceptance of the shipment. All claims for damage in transit must be made by the customer, directly with the carrier.

R.A.P. – Gourmet Flexi is not responsible for damage incurred in transit. The transportation company rates cover insurance and they will settle damage claims.  Claims for shortages or other insufficiencies discovered by careful examination of the shipment must be called in directly to R.A.P. – Gourmet Flexi within 48 hours after receiving the shipment.
